My Don Hattan experience was very disappointing; I will never do business with them again. I went to Don Hattan Chevrolet in Park City KS looking at a car for my daughter’s 18th birthday gift. I found one I liked, and they gave me a price. I spoke with a gentleman in their finance department, and we agreed on a deal. To speed things up, he took my information to get things started with the paperwork. I told him I could not make it back that day but would be in first thing the next morning to sign and pay. No problem he said, and that I could come any time, he’ll have it ready. I received a text confirming my appointment, telling me they were excited to meet me and show me what makes Don Hattan dealerships so unique. The next morning their salesman called, telling me they sold the car last night. I was a very disappointed with my “unique” experience, and I will never again do business with Don Hattan.

At no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase, which made the process so much more comfortable. Addason made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I had a good exchange with the salesman that sold me my vehicle. My overall visit and choice in a vehicle was okay. The dealership was, to my knowledge at the time, being honest with me and helpful. The 1 star rating comes from the fact that this dealership sold me a 4-wheel drive vehicle with two 255 tires and two 265 tires. Due to the size different in the tires, this caused the 255 tires to wear out much faster and has also caused who knows what damage to the drivetrain when we have used the 4WD capabilities. I am extremely frustrated that a dealership can overlook such an easy fix. I don't trust the service department to check over anything with my Tahoe anymore, because they also missed it a second time when I took my vehicle in for servicing and nothing was said to me. A dealership and service center should know the outcome of such a simple thing on a vehicle.

I highly recommend Don Hattan park city service. I brought my chevy silverado 1500 high country truck in for service on a vibration. They informed me my transmission was bad and rear differential. Luckily I bought the extended warranty which I highly recommend with my purchase of truck at don hattan. It took a few months to actually get my transmission from GM do to the fact it was around the holidays and very severe weather delays we had here in the mid west and all over the country this winter. Also the high demand and lack of supply on these 8 speed transmissions for a 6.2L especially. After a long wait and getting very impatient the service manager and his team was very patient with me and insured me I will get it soon and took care of me by giving me a loaner vehicle free of charge the whole time. Finally when we got the new transmission from GM and was installed it was worth the wait. The service team did a quality job and now it feels I have a new truck. They took care of everything on the warranty end and I only had to pay very little for service done outside of warranty. I'm very happy with the job they did and the professionalism, patience and quality of Charles, Matty and the whole service team. I bought 3 vehicles from Don Hattan now and recommend them if you are buying a vehicle and definitely get their extended warranty!!

Worse experience ever. Way overpaid for all the extra coverages to only get stuck getting it serviced. A visit that was quoted to take 2 hours was over 6 hrs. Such disrespect for peoples time. Nothing but a joke at this place!
