2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Evan is one of the best representatives I have met at any company to date. I visited Don Hattan Derby on a Saturday as part of my search for my next vehicle. Even though I was not able to land something that day, one thing was clear, my search for 'where' to buy was over and Evan took care of everything else. He meticulously searched inventory and other options to match my requests. All I gave him to work with was vehicle type and monthly payments and he set to work to make it happen. Next business day I drove off the lot with exactly what I wanted in every way. At the Derby dealership there is no disconnect in customer service among staff. 2018 Ford EcoSport. Nick, sales rep @ Augusta store, was informative, polite, showed genuine concern on getting the right vehicle for us and answered all of questions. Very well done young man. I took my Chevrolet vehicle to Don Hattan for a Safety Recall replacement of the passenger side Takata air bag. I dropped it off at my appointment and they gave me a shuttle ride to work and came and picked me up when the repairs were finished. The entire experience was very pleasant! I work with Tony(the best IT guy ever) but I'm in the service department. I had a problem with my laptop. It was very slow. It was very jerky. I was not able to get my work done which affected our customers getting their vehicles serviced in a timely manor. We talked several times until he understood my concern. I left him my work laptop to work on. I just dropped in on him. He was very polite. He said he might be able to have it done that day. Before he said it may take a couple days. It took him two hours and it required a new hard drive. It now runs smooth and faster than new. Tony is a great guy. He keeps our computers working in tip top shape. I am lost without my laptop. I'm 0% productive without it. Tony saved my life that day!!!!!!
Had an oil change scheduled along with balance and rotation of my tires. Always new people in the Service dept. and this time I had David Simmons as my Service Advisor. I actually appreciated his service and not trying to sell me something I did not need but did offer suggestions, with no pressure. That was something I appreciate and hope to see him on my next service trip there.

As a customer for 60 years I took my older auto to locate and fix a leak. They thought it was taken care of. They missed the source and when returned the service advisor David Simmons as well the manager stated that there ethics and customer service were important and requested I Leave the auto and they would find and fix the leak at no cost. It is refreshing to find this kind of service exist today Jim Copeland

I worked with Mike Alemanni on a used vehicle and had a great experience! He and the rest of the Don Hattan crew were excellent! They let me test drive the truck overnight so I could show my wife and be sure we liked it. Absolutely no pressure to buy and Montana the sales manager worked out a good price for us.
