My goal in any Jill Hattan Company, whether it’s a Don Hattan Dealership or the Pink Saloon, is to figure out the type of experience I enjoy – no matter what everyone else in the industry is doing and provide that experience for our customers.

I have never been able to quite accept some things in life, like the traditional car buying process. I personally wouldn’t want to come in to purchase a car and deal with the haggling, slow and painful back and forth negotiating or the ‘ole bait and switch. So, why would I want our customers to deal with it?
I thrive on the personal success stories of the people that I am surrounded by every day.
For me, the formula is pretty simple…our dedication to building personal relationships with our customers begins with investing in the development and training of our employees. Nothing lights me up more than seeing the people around me advance and succeed. As the Jill Hattan Company continues to grow, our employees will continue to grow with it.
